From the 1st of October:
09:00 a.m. till 04.00 p.m. (ticket office closed at 03.00 p.m.)
on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays:
09:00 a.m. till 05.00 p.m. (ticket office closed at 04.00 p.m)
Closed on Mondays
6th of January 2023 - open 9.00 a.m. till 5.00 p.m. (ticket office closed at 4.00 p.m.)
The Wilson Park opening hours
The Wilson Park opens throughout the year 5:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m.

The Palm House entrance tickets prices
- Regular 16,00 PLN (children over 3 years, school children, students, pensioners, person with disability card)
- Reduced 12,00 PLN
- Group guard 2,00 PLN
- Children up to 3 years - free admittance

The Palm House pavilions to let for events
- Up to 50 pers. Group:
- Up to 3 hrs – 1000 PLN
- Over 3 hrs – 1000 PLN plus 200,00 PLN for each hour that started
- 51 – 100 pers. Group:
- Up to 3 hrs – 2000,00 PLN
- Over 3 hrs – 2000,00 PLN plus 300 PLN for each hour that started
- 101 – 150 pers. Group:
- Up to 3 hrs – 3000,00 PLN
- Over 3 hrs – 3000,00 PLN plus 400,00 PLN for each hour that started
- Over 150 pers. Group:
- Up to 3 hrs – 5000,00 PLN
- Over 3 hrs – 5000,00 PLN plus 600,00 PLN for each hour that started. Additionally the hirer covers the costs of the extra 3 – 5 pers. guard depending on number of the pers. taking part in the event.

Souvenir shop
There is a little souvenir shop at the Palm House entrance where you can buy a toy for your kid or a lot of interesting exotic items.
